Refund And Cancellation

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 5 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the sellers/merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the shipping process, or if the product is out for delivery. In such a case, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

SHREE VAISHNO CNC DESIGNING AND FURNITURE WORKS does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, food, etc. However, a refund/replacement can be provided if the user establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.

In the event of receiving damaged or defective items, please report it to our customer service team within 5 days of receipt of the products. The request will be considered after the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and confirmed the issue. If you believe that the product received does not match the description on the site or your expectations, please bring it to the attention of our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, the customer service team will make an appropriate decision.

If SHREE VAISHNO CNC DESIGNING AND FURNITURE WORKS approves a refund, it will take 5 days for the refund to be processed.
